Incapacity Planning
Incapacity planning is the process of making a plan to manage the care of a person (both physically and financially) if they are not able to handle their affairs themselves someday in the future. This includes things like powers of attorney, HIPAA releases, and advanced directives.
Uncontested Probate
Probate is the settling of a person's estate after they have passed away. This can include a full probate of a person's will, an affidavit of heirship if they died without a will, or a muniment of title.

Estate Planning
Estate planning is the process of making a plan for the passing of assets from one person to another when the owner dies. This includes wills, trusts, transfer on death deeds, and beneficiary designations
