Originally a native of St. Louis, Margaret moved to Madison in the Summer of 2025 with her husband and children. Licensed in Texas since 2009, she ran a solo law practice in the Woodlands, Texas.

Margaret enjoys going into the city for the day to explore architecture, museums, and theatre. She is an avid reader, and enjoys exploring with her family.

She is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Bachelor's of Architecture), St. Mary's University (Law School), and Rice University (Business School). She has always enjoyed school and her long term goal in retirement is to teach at the graduate level.

Why Estate planning? I took the mandatory estate planning course during my second year of law school. While my classmates struggled to stay awake, something in the material really spoke to me and I knew it was the field I was meant to follow. I took every business and estate planning course my law school offered and even spent two semesters clerking for a probate judge in San Antonio.
I'm a planner and a care-taker by nature. Estate planning and business planning is a natural extension of who I am as a person. I find the field engaging and I enjoy the rapport with clients as I help them to plan for the future.
