Estate Planning is done on a flat fee basis for the vast majority of clients.

Note that pricing will be increasing on December 1, 2026 in order to more accurately reflect the market prices of Northern New Jersey. Existing clients will be grandfathered in.

Additional things you should know:

If you need me to provide two disinterested witnesses, there is a $100 charge. I don't have employees but have a roster of students who will witness for me at $50 each. I add the fee to your invoice and pay them in cash at the signing.
You can ask all the questions. One of the reasons that I do flat fee pricing is so that clients feel safe to ask things without running up their legal bill. These documents are important. You should feel good about what you're signing.
I am not an elder law attorney. I do not do Medicaid Planning nor create Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts. You need someone who focuses on this highly specialized field.
I do not do Estate Litigation. As a solo practitioner, I just don't have the bandwidth nor the inclination.
I do offer help with probate at $250/hour. I can help as much or as little as you need.
