What should I expect from the Estate planning process? 

Our relationship will begin with a conversation to determine if we are a good fit. Once we have a plan for the legal documents, I will send you a client engagement letter and a spousal conflict letter (if applicable) and ask you to fill out a client intake form. After receiving your paperwork, we will have a phone zoom conversation to answer any questions. After our planning session, I will send you an invoice for half of the flat fee and will create drafts of all your documents. After I send you drafts, I will send you an invoice for the other half of the fee and we'll schedule a time to sign everything. After the signing and I will send you digital copies and will return the originals to you.
