My firm is closing on June 1, 2025. I am not accepting new clients after April 1, 2025.

What should I expect from the process?

Our relationship will begin with a conversation to determine if we are a good fit. Once we have a plan for the legal documents, I will send you a client engagement letter and a spousal conflict letter (if applicable) and ask you to fill out a client intake form. After receiving your paperwork, we will have a phone zoom conversation to answer any questions. I will send you drafts of your documents and an invoice for half of the flat fee. We will schedule a time for you to sign the documents at my office, and I will send you digital copies and return the originals to you after the signing. Finally, I will send you an invoice for the remaining half of the flat fee owed.
